Kimberly Ray, M.D.
Board Certification: Diagnostic Radiology
Dr. Kimberly Ray joined Moran, Rowen & Dorsey, Inc. (MRD) in 2007. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University, where she graduated with honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Ray received her medical degree with honors as well from the University of California, Irvine, where she later completed her Radiology residency. During her residency, Dr. Ray was elected Chief Resident and named Outstanding Resident by the faculty. In addition, she was recognized by the American College of Radiology for ranking in the top fifth percentile on the national in-service examinations.
In June 2006, Dr. Ray was accepted into the highly prestigious Women's and Breast Imaging Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. While completing her fellowship training, she served as a Clinical Professor in Radiology at the University. Dr. Ray has published original research articles in Radiology and Seminars in Breast Disease. In 2004, Dr. Ray presented one of her scientific papers at the Radiological Society of North America's Annual Meeting.
Dr. Ray is a native of Southern California and enjoys traveling, classical music, and spending time with family. Her training and expertise-undeniably--enhances the diversity of specialized radiological services available at MRD.
