Dr. Daniel Weissberg, a former U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon, has been with Moran, Rowen & Dorsey, Inc. (MRD) since 1978. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He then completed an Internal Medicine internship at University Chicago Hospitals and Clinics, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Bellevue Hospital. Subsequent to receiving his certification in internal medicine, Dr. Weissberg went on to complete a second residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Diagnostic Ultrasound and Neuroradiology at the University of California, San Diego. In 2001 he completed a visiting fellowship in Virtual Colonoscopy at Boston University School of Medicine. Presently, Dr. Weissberg is an Associate Clinical Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Weissberg has performed many leadership roles for a myriad of organizations and medical societies. He served as the Chairman for MRD and the Department of Radiology at St. Joseph Hospital, in addition to serving as the Medical Director for the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound over the course of several years. Dr. Weissberg has been a long time member of the Orange County Radiological Society, and held many roles for this organization, last of which was President. When he was an Executive Committee member for the California Radiological Society, he represented Orange County as the Councilor of the American College of Radiology (ACR). While serving as the Alternate Councilor for Orange County’s division of the ACR, he was a reviewer for its Board of Accreditation in Ultrasound. In May of 2006, he became a Fellow of the American College of Radiology. Dr. Weissberg was recognized by Orange Coast Magazine as a "Physician of Excellence" in 2007 and 2008. LA Magazine also recognized him as an "Outstanding Doctor for Southern California" in 2008. When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Weissberg enjoys lending his hands to the community service efforts at Temple Beth Sholom.
